We accept referrals for Dental Implants, Removable or Fixed orthodontics, comprehensive restorative treatments and CBCT scans. Please complete the referral form below and our team will get in touch to arrange the first steps.

We will offer a free face to face or telephone consultation with our treatment coordinator, (requesting only a £20 refundable fee to secure a face to face appointment). Shannon will discuss their concerns and possible treatment options available to them. This is an opportunity for them to discuss pricing and finance options. We pride ourselves on being up front with our costings and transparent in the breakdown of those prices. Following this, suitability consultations will be booked with the treating clinician.

On completion of treatment we will direct your patient back to you for ongoing care. Depending on the treatment they have completed, they may require regular maintenance and review to ensure the longevity of their investment which will be made clear to your patient throughout the process where appropriate. Should you require assistance with providing this then please let us know.

We appreciate your referral and look forward to welcoming your patient to our practice.
